Grab the Screen Image  

taking a picture of the screen or the active window very useful for

creating handouts

To grab the image of the entire computer screen

• Have the desired screen to be grabbed showing

• Press Print Screen key on the keyboard (towards the top right side of keyboard); this puts the image

          of the computer screen on the clipboard.

• Open a blank Word document and click approximately where the image is to be placed. for further

           control image revisions, you can open  image editing program like Photoshop Elements

•  Click on Edit and select Paste; the image of the computer screen will appear.
